About the job
Job Description:
- Part of maintenance team in execution of mechanical related maintenance in the process unit
- Familiar and comply to the site CMMS process (Asset Management System) in managing plant maintenance work
- Strive to comply and achieve the maintenance targets (HSSE, Meeting Plan, KPIs, Budget, etc) as set for his/her team
- Perform execution of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and reactive/corrective maintenance.
- Undertake all maintenance activities related to Marine Loading Arms, Pipeline repair, Waterfront Activities and MOC (Management of Change) activities related to the Production Unit
- Request, review, compare, raise Purchase requisition for services, parts, equipment etc.
- Manage portfolios that vary in scope and complexity.
- Supervisory responsibilities on contractors’ field activities
- Drives the productivity of contractors like Time on Tools to optimize resources and costs.
- Participate in cost control to keep routine maintenance, projects, special maintenance and shutdown spending within budget
- Report to maintenance team lead Additional tasks and targets where necessary to support business goals
- Propose and implement innovative ideas in the area of productivity, competitiveness, sustainability and digitalization
- Analyze and evaluate the ME-KPI data and provide insights and path for improvement
- Uphold first time right execution with proper SOP, existing or develop new
- Follow through execution with EQCC (Engineering Quality Control Checklist) signs off for completion
- Other additional responsibilities to support the business
HSSE Responsibilities:
- Strive to deliver Goal Zero targets in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)
- Involve in scheduled safety walkabout
- Assess the risk of all day to day jobs that is carried out and voice out any unsafe condition noticed.
- Be the applicant permits with necessary documentations and method statement risk assessment to perform field execution work.
- Review work method statement submitted by vendor/contractor thoroughly and ensure standard is met and all supporting documents are available before submitting for approval.
- Ensures work safety for staff & contractors in compliance with HSSE standards (LSR and 9PSF) and participates in safety audits, safety walkabouts and other safety initiatives.
- Prepares/reviews Job Hazard Analysis, Method Statements, Lifting plans and ensure that the work is executed in accordance to these and Permit-to-Work and Clearance requirements.
- Full compliance with LSR & Safety Rules at all times Intervene any unsafe act on the field.
- Apply clearances as ACS for maintenance job as and when required.
- Visible safety leadership on site to inculcate good safety practices and behaviors among staff and contractors
- Participate in safety campaigns, mass tool box meeting, Blue Zone, Take 5, HITZ sessions.
Experience and Qualifications required:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience Oil/petrochemical industry
- Able to work independently and yet participate as a member of a team. Working knowledge of SAP.
- Understanding of HSSE requirements for maintenance work.
- Knowledge of craftwork appropriate practices, typical time required for completing frequently executed activities.
- Knowledge of materials procurement.
