What’s the role
Join us as a Graduate in Aster Chemicals and Energy (Aster), where you will embark on a holistic 3 year programme designed to nurture your technical and leadership potential.
The Aster Graduate Programme, ASPIRE, will give you a strong start to your career in the energy sector through a combination of practical, hands-on experiences, formal curriculum to support competency development, job rotations, and mentorship opportunities.
The role will be based in Singapore. Start dates will vary by role.

You will be working alongside experienced colleagues to tackle energy challenges and drive petrochemical innovation through meaningful projects in a fast paced, exciting environment. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to Aster by sharing your unique perspective and fresh ideas to cocreate solutions.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is passionate about enabling a responsible energy future. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking, learning agility and a growth mindset, as well as show initiative and be able to contribute actively while collaborating with others. Being able to handle ambiguity and challenging situations effectively is critical.
Eligibility
- You should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience if you have recently graduated.
- You are required to have graduated from a recognized university prior to your first day at Aster.
- You must have the legal right to work in Singapore without sponsorship. We regret to inform that Aster is unable to sponsor work visas for this role.
