  • Manage contractors and specialist vendors, ensuring maintenance activities are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and HSSE expectations.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Engineering, and Procurement teams to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal impact to plant operations.

  • Maintain accurate equipment records, technical documentation, drawings, and maintenance history, ensuring updates are properly controlled and documented.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational performance.

  • Promote a strong HSSE culture through active participation in safety audits, toolbox meetings, Go-and-See initiatives, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes.

  • Support site electrical safety and compliance duties in accordance with applicable regulations, company standards, and assigned authorization levels where required.

Required Qualifications

  • Preferred Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline with relevant electrical maintenance experience, or ITE qualification with strong hands-on experience in a similar industrial environment.

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the Petrochemical, Oil, & Gas industry, with a positive work attitude and strong commitment to safe, reliable, and disciplined work execution.
